Here's how, in 5 easy steps:

1. Click into ‘My Channels' at the top of your telbee inbox.   

2. Click the ‘Manage Channel’ button next to the channel you'd like to update.

3. Click into the 'Settings' tab and enable 'Auto-popup' and/or 'On-screen prompt'.

Here, you'll also be able to choose when your recorder pops up (and when the balloon prompt appears on screen), as well as write your own text for the prompt:
